Kaguya was the daughter of one of the richest lords in Snow country and when Amiruro married her he moved up to the fabulous life XD. She was the first to inherit Basho, the wolf demon Yukio eventually accepts and she was an incredible ninja despite her appearance. She was strong and cold hearted usually. She was an amazing mother but died giving birth to Yoshiro.
That's when Yukio started hating woman, he claimed she abandoned all of them and turned his pain to hatred, turning completely insane and bloodthirsty.
