Personality: A little on the crazy side at times, she’s spunky and likes to have fun. She can get very sinister though and loves the site of blood. She’s known to torture her opponent just to hear them scream.

Techniques: She fights with the tattoo’s on her body, using a jutsu similar to Sai’s to bring her body art to life. She has two dragon tattoo’s, a male and a female. The male fights with brute strength while the female uses fire type attacks and is weaker in strength. She has two shuriken tat’s just above her breasts which she rarely uses but are good for certain situations. She’s also into using fire and uses the flaming tattoo’s on her right and left leg, since these fires are emitted from her body and run mostly on chakra they are very hard to put out, even if they’re dampened by liquid they can easily grow in size and still be used for attacks. The demon wings on her back can grow huge and they are very creepy looking, she can use them to fly and even make wind based attacks. I’m also thinking of putting vine tattoo’s up her back which will be used for tying up enemies and strangulation. Then lastly is her favorite little tat, Jax, he’s a little demon bird on her right upper arm, she uses him for scouting and gathering small items.
The creature tats have a life of their own once they separate from her body and even feel pain when in battle, but they can’t be killed. They can be destroyed but it takes a lot to complete that task because of the huge amount of chakra Hisa puts into her baby’s. If you are skilled enough to beat one of her creations it reappears on her body but can’t be used for days because it has to regenerate.
Hisa is very acrobatic and speedy on her toes she's a little skilled in Taijutsu and knows all the normal ninja skills but the best bet for her opponent is to go straight for her, that’s if you can even get past her little pets.

History: Hisa is one of the last of her clan and was found by Katsumi at the age of 13 she was trained and became close friends with Jun, offering her help to hunt down Kyoji and help her take revenge for the death of Toyo. Her past was a tragic one, in her clan when they are given their tattoo’s they have to go through a painful process the day they reach 10 years old. Each tattoo is burned into their skin and chosen by elders of the clan by the characteristics the child shows as he/she grows. It takes an entire month for each tattoo they receive, weeks of sessions of burning charka and stabbing needles.
Once Hisa received her final fire tattoo’s she played around with them and accidentally started a disastrous fire in her family’s shrine, the flames went out of control and she lives with the memories of her parents and siblings screams of death and agony every moment of her life. The only reason she escaped with her life was she subconsciously summoned her male dragon tattoo and was saved, only to be found wondering the desert by Katsumi…..dun…dun..duuun…..!

Yeah…anyways, I think that’s good for now…I need to think some more.
And I was waaaaay too lazy to actually take the time and work on the line art for this one...so I just colored over it...I don't think she looks too bad, in fact I think she's kinda hot
